Dear all, I wanted to inform you that the ANIX Meeting 2022 will take place on 13 December 2022, at the Tirana International Hotel. The topic will be "Connectivity: Albania and the Adriatic as a gateway to the Balkans", so I hope it can be relevant for the people subscribed to this mailing list. The meeting will be in two parts: presentations and a panel in the morning, and one-to-one meetings in the afternoon. The agenda will be available soon. Hi all, for those of you that enjoyed our presentation on the history of ex-Yu internet at the SEE 10, I recommend you to check out a recent talk at the HOPE conference titled "Revolution During Disintegration: Lessons from a Short History of Yugoslav Computing" by Vlado Vince. Hi all, I hope all is well! You've probably received messages that we've opened the call for applications for the Community Projects Fund. This is the fund through which the RIPE NCC distributes up to EUR 250,000 per year to support projects of value to the operation, resilience and sustainability of the Internet. It focuses on tools and services benefiting the technical community in our service region - Europe, the Middle East and parts of Central Asia. RIPE85 CfP Now Open!

Colleagues, The RIPE Programme Committee (PC) is now seeking content proposals from the RIPE community for the plenary sessions, lightning talks and BoFs. RIPE85 is going to be a hybrid meeting so both in-person and virtual presentations would be accepted and encouraged. The deadline to submit a presentation proposal is Sunday, 21 August 2022. Proposals submitted after this date will only be considered if there are still time slots available.
