If the WG agrees I would suggest that maybe both of them could be onboarded together for handover and then by the end of the meeting in Sofia the WG would have the expected three co-chairs again? I think that is a good way to do it - formally we can for a short time have four co-chairs, or have two co-chairs and two co-chairs-in-training.
