[Security-wg] List of quarantine IP blocks

Dear ripe ncc members, ARIN provides a list of IPs which can be used by Cybersecurity threat Intelligence providers to provide timely updates through their blocklists. https://www.arin.net/resources/guide/ipv4/blocks_cleared/ Although RIPE NCC provides some information here: https://www.ripe.net/manage-ips-and-asns/ipv4/ipv4-waiting-list/ It would be more convenient for the information to be available in csv or json format so that Automated tools can easily parse the authoritative file from RIPE NCC and update blocklists accordingly.
