BGP Best Path data from different RIS

Hi everyone I'm trying to write a python script to fetch bgp best path data for my prefixes from different locations. Apparently ripe stat only returns the full routing table not the best path, also connecting via telnet to routeviews routers and parsing bgp commands output is not an ideal method, so I was wondering is there any other method to achieve this (preferably using api)?

Improved timeliness of RIS dump files

Dear colleagues, We are planning to replace the pipeline that generates MRT dump files publicly available from the RIPE NCC. The new pipeline will have significantly less delay, and also some changes on the structure of the MRT file format [*]. Files in the newer format are available for testing here: https://www.ris.ripe.net/dumps-per-rrc-rest/prototype/ We have received feedback from MRT parser implementers that these files work fine for their parsers, but in case you haven't tested your MRT parser implementation, we ask you to test the new files before we make the switch. Our plan is to make this switch on 3 April 2023. After we make the switch the bview files available at our main location for downloading MRT files will be generated using the new pipeline and we will be able to produce these files in a more timely manner. Dear colleagues, Yesterday, at 11:06 UTC we attempted to migrate the RPKI core on the production environment from JDK8 to JDK11 via an automated deployment. Unfortunately, the update to the RPKI core was not successful, which resulted in RPKI becoming partially unavailable. The RPKI dashboard and API were no longer accessible which meant that no changes could be made to the ROA configurations or alerts. The provisioning (up/down) protocol used by non-hosted Certificate Authorities was also unavailable during this time. The RRDP and rsync public repositories were not impacted by this incident. At approximately 12:30 UTC, we reverted our changes and the RPKI core was back up and running. The RPKI team has since then fixed the upgrade issue and the migration has been completed successfully. The upgrade issue was caused by the production environment still using some file-based HSM keys. These file-based HSM keys are no longer used in the staging environment, so the issue was not detected before we attempted the production upgrade to JDK11. Kind regards, Stella Vouteva
