Learn why this is important at https://aka.ms/LearnAboutSenderIdentification ] Hello, Left unattended, over longer periods of time, measurements lose probes. The RIPE Atlas API includes a call that can be used to add or remove probes or groups of probes in an existing measurement, see: https://atlas.ripe.net/docs/apis/rest-api-manual/participation_requests.html... We started working on a feature where you'll be able to ask the system itself to remove disconnected probes, and to "top it up" with other probes (similar to the original ones. I cannot tell when this will be available though. Regards, Robert On 2023-12-11 17:44, POULET Benoit wrote:
Hello,
When I start a never-ending ping measurement with several probes like 20.
What happened if several probes are going off-line ?
Will Atlas remove the probes who are dead, and assign new to the measurement ? Or will the measurement die slowly ?
I tried to find the answer in the documentation, without success.
Thanks.
