Dear all, My apologies, I was under the impression this mail had gone out last week Monday but I send it to an incorrect mail address. Pavel thanks for bringing this to my attention. Am awaiting your feedback on the documents. Regards, Jochem de Ruig RIPE NCC
Dear Jochem, Sorry, I didn't find there Ukrainian (or at least Russian, it is worse, but also valid in my bank) translation of these papers. We really need it. Jochem de Ruig wrote:

Dear all,
Hereby the proposed documents for making payments to the RIPE NCC. As the RIPE NCC has done for our Russian registries, the documents will be structured per invoice. A specific Service Agreement and an Act of Acceptance are included.
And as discussed in Kiev in March, the documents will be based on the following: - No NBU (National Bank of Ukraine) license is needed - Ukrainian VAT is applicable - The documents are in English - Your bank details are needed on the invoice and on the Act of Acceptance. These will have to be filled out by yourself on the invoice upon receipt, the RIPE NCC will not keep a record of your bank account details.
I am hoping to implement this structure before we send out the Q3 invoices in June so please send me your feedback on these documents and on the proposed structure.
Kind regards,
Jochem de Ruig RIPE NCC

Dear Max and all,
From our meeting in Kiev I got the impression you did not need a copy in Ukrainian or Russian. Have I misunderstood this and is it a requirement for you to have a copy in Ukrainian or Russian?

Yes, this is requirement for our tax we translate it to Russian, but still didn't send it for audit I think, it is better for all of us to have same russian(or better ukrainian) version -- WBR, Pavel Pisarenko nic-hdl: PPA11-RIPE
Therefore, we dug out all laws and didn't found this requirement. But banks still asks for it. Pavel A. Pisarenko wrote:

Dear Jochem, It is not a law requirement. But! :( Banks requires legal translation, legal translation requires even contacting your embassy and so on... so it is much better if it will be, as in Russian one. Jochem de Ruig wrote:

Dear Max, Okay understand. Will this be needed every time we send you a document or could we put a template with an official translation on line to clarify the English version? Regards, Jochem Max Tulyev wrote:

Put document on-line and send notify to this list if it will be updated -- WBR, Pavel Pisarenko nic-hdl: PPA11-RIPE
Dear all, Hereby I am sending you the dual language documents that will be available for your reference on line. As I understood from discussion on the mailing list it will _not _be necessary to send the dual language documents to you to make a payment. I am still awaiting some final comments from our lawyer as I understand that recently new legislation was adopted by the UA parliament and our lawyer is reviewing the impact of this. As you may have noticed we have not yet send out the Q3 invoices to Ukrainian members. When these documents are agreed and final, we will send you the Q3 invoices in the revised format. If you have any last comments or remarks please let me know on short notice. Kind regards, Jochem de Ruig RIPE NCC
Dear colleagues, Hereby I send you the final version of the Ukrainian billing documents as reviewed by our Ukrainian lawyers. Unfortunately, we have not yet been able to update our existing billing software with these new documents. Therefore, we can only manually process these documents. For the Q3 invoice we will initially send you the invoice in the original template. You can request to have the new set of documents send to you when necessary. Please contact: billing@ripe.net for this. If you have any question regarding the documents please let me know. Regards, Jochem de Ruig RIPE NCC
