Коллеги, подскажите где на сайте ripe'а найти последовательность действий end user'а в случае, если LIR для ASN и PI блока адресов пользователя выбрал вариант 'Not my End User', а ресурсы эти действительно используются? В ripe-452 есть фраза "If the End User wishes to cease their current contractual relationship, they must first have a new contractual relationship in place with either another sponsoring LIR or else with the RIPE NCC. In either case, such contractual changes must be communicated to the RIPE NCC each time they occur." В нашем случае 'contractual relationship' отсутствует, пользователю остается писать на деревню дедушке в RIPE или есть более детальное описание процедуры заключения прямого договора с RIPE NCC?
Как я понимаю, End User в этом случае либо проявляет инициативу и самостоятельно выходит на RIPE NCC с инициативой заключения договора (ncc@ripe.net?), либо ничего не делает и ждет письма от райпа же. I failed to find any documents on your site except ripe-452, but ripe-452 describe cease of contractual relationship and there is no contract between end user and LIR right now. I am actually not 'end user' but a LIR representative and probably have to inform our ex-end user about this ripe policy change and my question will be first question they ask me.
- The RIPE NCC recently published a procedure document describing the process for this: ripe-475, "Independent Internet Number Resources - Contractual Relationship Changes between sponsoring LIR and End User" which is available here: http://www.ripe.net/ripe/docs/ripe-475.html
The question was: what exactly end user with PI address space and/or AS have to do when LIR choose 'Not my End User' in 'Independent Resources - Contractual Relationship' form. Is there any complete instruction on RIPE site or end user should write letter to someone in RIPE or somebody in RIPE will contact end user in near future?
- The future sponsoring LIR can request to have the resources in question moved to their registry by sending an email to enduser-contract@ripe.net.
