ICNP is the premier conference covering all aspects of network protocol research, including design, analysis, specification, verification, implementation, and performance. The keynote lecture will be delivered by Prof. Jim Kurose, University of Massachusetts Amherst (https://icnp23.cs.ucr.edu/keynote.html). There will be a joint panel between IEEE and ICN organized by Prof. Lixia Zhang, UCLA. The main program consists of 3 days of single-track sessions.
