We cordially invite you to the ICNP 2023, the 31st annual edition of the IEEE International

Conference on Network Protocols. ICNP is the premier conference covering all aspects of 

network protocol research, including design, analysis, specification, verification, implementation, 

and performance. 

The keynote lecture will be delivered by Prof. Jim Kurose, University of Massachusetts Amherst (https://icnp23.cs.ucr.edu/keynote.html). There will be a joint panel between IEEE and ICN 

organized by Prof. Lixia Zhang, UCLA.

The main program consists of 3 days of single-track sessions. It is preceded by three workshops

collocated with ICNP'23: ‘Cloud-Edge Continuum’ (CEC), ‘6G Enablers: Satellite, 

Qualitative and Semantic Communications’ (6G-SQSC), and ‘Trust in AI, Services and Networking’ (TAISEN).
