Invoices partial payment

Hi All, I would like to ask NCC to implement the posibility to pay the RIPE NCC invoices with credit card in several payments, i.e. implement partial payment of the invoice? As the NCC bills increased, it is not possible to pay it with the card at once, because of payment limits in many banks. Even the base fee without a lot of ASNs and sponsored resources may not fit. May be other LIRs have similar problems - please tell support it. Thank you!

We (LIR ua.hostmaster) are also unable to complete the payment because the total amount exceeds the maximum allowed limit for international transactions. Moreover, we are unable to make a bank transfer via wire transfer since our contract is quite old. Hostmaster Ltd is proud to be RIPE member since 2009, but our one-page agreement from that time lacks the mandatory banking details, and the bank refuses to accept it. Therefore, the only viable option for us to pay for RIPE services is via credit card. We kindly ask you to consider splitting the payment into multiple installments. Thank you for your understanding.

Hi all I apologize to the community for the delay in responding. I had previously decided to look into the issue in more detail. However, due to certain circumstances, it took longer than I expected. Maybe I'm wrong about something, but overall this information should be useful. So, currently, there are several working payment options for LIR from Ukraine. First. Online payment by card (hryvnia card) There are NBU restrictions on payments on foreign sites. Therefore, it is possible to pay bills in the amount of approximately 2,300 euros. For a large number of LIRs, this will be sufficient, as the Service Fee per LIR is currently 1,800 euros. For example, membership fees and support for 1 autonomous system will amount to 1850 euros. So if you only sponsor a few objects, you can use this option. Second. Online payment by card (currency card) The amount of a foreign currency payment is limited only by the card limits that we specify ourselves. Therefore, we can top up our foreign currency account with cash euros at a bank branch and make an online payment. Third. SWIFT payment No limits on the transfer amount. If you have never made a SWIFT payment, please contact your bank manager for assistance. The need for payment is confirmed by an invoice from RIPE. You may also need to provide a copy of your RIPE agreement. The cost of this service is 25 euros (Privatbank). Last time it was because of there is word "Moscow" in the (old?) blank of the RIPE NCC contract. It is a good idea if RIPE NCC will share the list of Ukrainian banks that allow payments to RIPE NCC...
