I fully support the request to split the payment via credit card. We (LIR ua.hostmaster) are also unable to complete the payment because the total amount exceeds the maximum allowed limit for international transactions.
Moreover, we are unable to make a bank transfer via wire transfer since our contract is quite old. Hostmaster Ltd is proud to be RIPE member since 2009, but our one-page agreement from that time lacks the mandatory banking details, and the bank refuses to accept it.
Therefore, the only viable option for us to pay for RIPE services is via credit card. We kindly ask you to consider splitting the payment into multiple installments.

As the NCC bills increased, it is not possible to pay it with the card at once, because of payment limits in many banks. Even the base fee without a lot of ASNs and sponsored resources may not fit.
May be other LIRs have similar problems - please tell support it.
