Dear colleagues,
The RIPE NCC Survey 2016 is now closed and I would like to thank the
4,344 people from our membership and the Internet community who
participated. This is by far the highest number of responses we have
received for any of our large-scale surveys, and the feedback will give
us good insight into what people want from the RIPE NCC and how we can
improve our services.
The Oxford Internet Institute has already begun to analyse the survey
data. The RIPE NCC will also develop an action plan to address the
issues that emerge. We will report back to you on the findings later
this year.
We are also happy to announce that the fifth winner of an iPad Air 2 for
completing the survey is Hakon Gunleifsen from Eidsiva Bredband in
Norway. Congratulations Hakon!
