there are 2 variants: 1) it's negligence from somebody from ripe ncc staff. 2) it's rebels/terrirists supports. And if I understand correctly this lir registration could get a legal action based on ukrainian / international laws. I think this issue must be escalated to ripe ncc manager staff first.
