Hi! There is one thing I don't understand: What's the plan of RIPE NCC to actually prevent it? People would simply start to create new entities to bypass the prohibition. This is an additional burden and we've seen this 10 years ago when the last allocations were handed out. This lead to the decision to allow multiple LIR accounts. Also a second or third LIR account comes with additional membership fees. These are already kind of compensation for the effort. I don't understand why this is not enough. --Kayo
