There is no way to reach an end goal where "everybody is happy with IPv4", so wasting brain cycles and electrons on discussions how to make other people pay more than you (of course this is what I want, too, that everyone else pays more than we do) because you did not get your percieved fair share of IPv4 is just sidestepping the real issue.
