Why don't we establish a set of guidelines or purported guidelines we feel may be pertinent, *then* move forward with issues regarding each? [not purposely avoiding the question] ;)
For starters, I think that the contact information for the TLD should be an actual government contact.
The problem that I see with this is that it may be very difficult to find anyone in some of the government agencies that knows anything about the TLD delegation or the Registry Industry.
What would you do in that case ?
Will there be two-letter TLDs that are non-government ? (i.e. privately held)
