One of the things that I have advocated in the past is the 2+2+4 Trustee structure. This is a structure that allows 8 people to be identified as the delegates of a resource such as a TLD.

With this structure the people in the #1 and #2 positions are viewed as the co-Trustees and share the job. They speak for the TLD when an official statement is needed. Each of them has an assistant (#3 and #4). Then each of those people has two people to help provide more community coverage and voices.
I wonder if each of the 2 letter TLDs could publish such a list ?
