However I see a problem there if you have registered a domain with them, and then they delegated the same domain to someone else. If you have evidence of this, and they refuse to solve the problem to your satisfaction, I think you should complain to RIPE NCC, (or is CENTR operational yet ?) Yes, I've got bill for that domain. Can you, please, give an email address in RIPE NCC, where I can send email with description of my problems.
