the proposal for RIPE CENTR has been published as ripe-177. It can be found at http://www.ripe.net/docs/ripe-177.html
This document is essential reading for all ntld administrators as is described the setting up of an organisation for RIPE area ntlds. I will also be making a presentation on this proposal at the forthcoming tld-wg meeting.
Any comments to the author (although preferably on tld-wg at ripe.net) would be appreciated.
