[techsec-wg] TechSec meeting, RIPE 47, cancelled

      There was one agenda item for the TechSec meeting at RIPE 47:
the DISI report by Olaf Kolkman.
However, this item has been moved to the DNS-wg.

So, as there are now no items left for the TechSec meeting,
I propose to cancel the meeting.
