It's no longer a matter for discussion and deciding later, it's a matter which should be raised to the highest possible awareness, also in the RIPE region, IMHO. And it's definitly a matter for co-ordinated efforts, any input and complements from other groups should be appreciated and advertised, of course.
I fully agree. I think I wasn't too clear in my previous posting. What I wanted to say was: Yes, this topic deserves attention and co-ordinated efforts. Therefore, there should be a place in the RIPE community where it can be discussed. Since there is no clear WG dealing with this, let's put on the workplan for this group and decide later if this is the (most) appropriate WG for it.
