LIR portal RPKI dashboard does not work
Hi All, I'm trying to change my RPKI record, but when I click RPKI at the LIR portal - it does not work, just infinite loop "Loading everything...". Tried from different browsers, also one of my friend reported the same. How to fix it?
Hello Max, please see https://www.ripe.net/contact-form - the registration team can help with that, not the Routing working group. Kind regards, Paul.
Hi All,

How to fix it?
Dear colleagues, From yesterday evening (6-7-2021 20:15 UTC+2) until this morning (7-7-2021 08:20 UTC+2) the RPKI Dashboard in the LIR Portal was unavailable. The root cause for this issue was the rotation of an internal API key. This API key authorises communications between applications within the RIPE NCC network and was checked into Git. We are not aware of any abuse of this API key. After rotating the API key for the portal and other applications (on shared volume), the communication between the portal and the RPKI systems failed because the list of authorised keys for the RPKI systems is stored in a different location. In response to this issue, we have updated the documentation for API key rotation. We will also review our 24x7 procedures and documentation. Furthermore, we are working on a number of end-to-end integration tests: One scenario will add a ROA through an automated browser, and another scenario will measure how long it takes for a newly created ROA to be visible in an RP instance. We plan to add these tests to our 24x7 monitoring. Kind regards, Ties de Kock
