Folks, We are at the point where action has to be taken, either to get CIDR the 'proper way' or by forced proxy aggregation at some places in the Internet. Are we all really doing our best to cut down the number of routing entries? -Peter

I guess we're all faced by the same problems - but not everybody understands the importance of getting this to work the 'proper way'. We've had the same problem between the ISPs connecing to the Norwegian Internet eXchange (NIX), and the only solution seems to be to start announcing aggregates, and stop announcing more specific routes. -- Arne
