HELP! Seeking AS1800 maintainer
Dear All! Could anybody help me to find email address of the person(s) who is responsible for routing policy of AS1800? I'm unable to find it out in databases I'm aware of, but I desperately need to discuss some routing problems with somebody who knows at least how icm-dc-1.icp.net is configured. I dug this up at the InterNIC.
