draft routing-wg agenda

Folks, As you may know, Jean-Michel has stepped down as chairman of the routing working group. We have not yet found anyone willing to take over this position. If you are willing to take over this working group, please let us know! We need someone urgently. For the coming RIPE meeting I will convene the meeting, but *only* for this meeting.
