somewhat true, or even.. true in most cases, on few occations BBN/Genuity (AS1) allowed their "payable" customers to advertise as they see fit, I can't list anyone open in public, all I can say is all of those "customers/downstreams" are paying BBN/Genuity for -peering- (not transit). I can't comment on UU/AS701, but I've seen how nicely their downstreams are leaking routes. ;) -Basil
