I look through each report for occurances of ASNs I am related to in one
way or another and if I take action.

I know some other organisations actively monitor for references to their
own networks too.

+1, I do the same. quickly search the ASN I'm responsible for and those I know in the region 

There are some people, who doesn't want their ASN/prefixes in that list :)
