[routing-wg] RIPE-84 talk about RIPE RPKI core

Dear Colleagues, Early this year we announced [1] that we published the source code of our trust anchor software. We thought it would be interesting to share how we did this and what influenced certain decisions in the process. So at RIPE-84 we scheduled a talk about this in the Open Source Working Group [2].
