Last month we looked at the completeness of the RIPE Routing registry (thanks to Rene Wilhelm):

The results were encouraging and as a next step we were curious to find out how accurate the data is compared to the prefixes announced in BGP:
It seems that the quality of the Routing Registry is not that bad. The match rate is very high: Most organisations register either the exact route or a number of less specific routes in the RIPE RR.
