[routing-wg] Serving ROAs as RPSL route[6] objects from the RIPE Database

Dear colleagues, The RIPE NCC (thanks to Paul Palse and his colleagues) has been working on a prototype of a RIPE DB instance that serves Route Origin Authorization (ROA) objects as RPSL route[6] objects.
