Routing WG session starts at 4:00pm

Dear colleagues, due to cancellations of a few presentations, we will only need one slot for the Routing WG session this time. In order to avoid overlap with the IPv6 WG session, we will drop the first slot (2pm - 3:30pm), and will start only after the coffee break at 4pm, meaning this time we will only use the second late slot (4pm - 5:30pm).
