[routing-wg]Request for support for new Routing wg co-chair

For some time now Joachim Schmitz and myself have been looking to add a new Routing wg co-chair, to ensure continuity and better tracking of issues (see minutes of previous RIPE meetings and calls to the list). I am happy to say that Rob Evans of Janet has volunteered to help out. I am hereby asking the working group to support Rob as a wg co-chair Thanks Joao Damas Routing wg chair
