PI routing

Hi, We are an ISP in Turkey and one of our customer wants Provider Independent IP Classes. As far as I know, I can get new Classes from RIPE (not within the classes I have allocated) . But I do not know about the routing part. Do I have to assign our customer an AS number and announce their independent classes by that AS #? Or will it be routed to our AS number? Dual Homing - possible solution?

Myself and a colleague have been working on a way of providing dual homing (different providers) without the need for each customer to register an AS. We feel that the solution is far from a finished product but in theory it should work. I would like to share the solution with the community. Are people intrested in this? We have already identified some other problems, have been discussing those issues during the last RIPE meeting and are working on an update of this document.
