Hello! Could someone comment current situation with Internet Routing Registry System, in particular: 1. Is there any standards or recomendations which describe or define IRR hierarchy and its place in inter-AS interactions? 2. Is there any papers which describe IRR and RIR interoperations? And a bit practical question - is there anything in IETF/RIPE documents which can be used by ISP to declare its willingness to accept _only_ RIR-registered prefixes on external peers? -- Regards, Volodymyr.
