We have a clean, legacy ARIN /21 IPv4 block that has been completely
cleared of traffic, carries no blacklists, and is fully eligible for an
Inter-RIR transfer to the RIPE region.
As this infrastructure asset is no longer required for our active
operational layouts, we are looking to coordinate a direct
registry-to-registry transfer.
