I will have more to say about this in due course. For the moment, I only
wish to say that the investigation undertaken by myself and Jan Vermeulen
is ongoing, and that many others are provably involved.
Of course, this being a RIPE mailing list, many of you will feel that
this situation in the AFRINIC region has nothing at all to do with
the RIPE region. On that score, alas, you would be wrong. That sad
fact is most succintly illustruated by the data at the following link:

Please note that whereas the registrant organization for AS202425 is,
on paper, registered in the Seychelles Islands, much evidence suggests
that it is actually owned and operated by one or two gentlemen who are
themselves quite clearly located in the Netherlands.
