Dear Routing-WG Members, My name is Martin Bacher. I am a Student at UAS Technikum-Wien and I am currently working on my master’s thesis with topic "Addressing DDoS Attacks with BGP FlowSpec". I would kindly ask you, if you run an Autonomous System, to participate in this survey and share your DDoS attack experience and the countermeasuers you are using to address such attacks. The collected data will be anonymized and used in my master’s thesis to support my explanations about the importance of DDoS Attack mitigation as well as the deployed mitigation solutions. The other interesting part is of course the current deployment status of BGP FlowSpec in networks.
