rrc13 collector is down

Dear all, the collector rrc13.ripe.net installed at MSK-IX is currently down due to a major hardware failure. As a consequence of the lack of proper shutdown of the BGP sessions, RIS data is showing stale prefixes. So, for example, it can appear that a route is still up for a peer on RRC13 while in reality that route was withdrawn from the global Internet. We expect this negative effect to disappear in the course of May 25th. We are currently in contact with MSK-IX to restore the system. Marco Giuliani RIPE NCC
