Hi James, Bruce, Do you have any idea what might have happened rrc08? It looks it is not rebooted yesterday after Joe powered it off. Shall we ask Peter do a new installation on the box? Probably, he has to choose RRC08 config from installation menu and then change the IP address and gateway afterwards. I hope he could get root login with that installation CD. Arife
