we are having to do strange things when accessing our F root node in NYC because we do not have out-of-band console there. I know that the RIS box is in the same rack as our F root node there and I wonder if you are having the same issue.

If so would you consider a cross console arrangement where we give you console access through one of our boxes and you give console to us through the RIS box?
