Just thinking out loud: In order to circumvent excessive $$$ at Russian customs, wouldn't it be smarter to have the IXP order a Dell PowerEdge to OPS requirements and ship your nifty little CD instead? She did that, and they weren't too happy about above ("bad experiences with customs"). We will have to specify what we want and send specs to MSK-IX. Sonia was adamant about getting a quote on price (to be approved by us), before they go ahead with the order. Cheers, Matthew
