I know you didn't mean it that way, but, after all the hassle with Comms, I'm a little unhappy about this. There was plenty of time for SED/Shane to give input on the risintro page from the point that Rene made his suggestion about a 'special' announcement page for RRC12.

I do not have any problems with promoto other NP services. If you check new pages, you would see the link other NP services, and if you think we should add more, we can do it.
