while I can understand mailto:ops, I still have difficulty seeing any benefit in "stt" or webform. What difference does it make to ops? Do you (yes you're one of "them" now:-) have seperate queues for each (sub)category? Or are these purely administrative, to see how many tickets in which category were handled by which person? Why does the user have to classify his ticket? isn't that better done by ops? -- Rene
