[ris-int] Introduction of 4-byte ASN: RIS & TTM view

Leo, Attached is the XLS sheet with, as far as I can see, the list of things that needs to be done in RIS and TTM to be able to handle 4-byte long AS numbers in the routing system. -- Rene
