I don't think we can currently do this automatically using the RRCs, so it would take a fair bit of manual tinkering to set it up initially.

Maybe we could use the same setup that I used for the AS-set stuffing experiments, i.e. the BGP announcer and a cron job running on a machine with an IBGP peering to the RRCs.
