Since rebuilding bgpd without SNMP support, bgpd has been running on the RRCs without problems since 2nd July. Bgpd is running so well, in fact, that nagios is complaining that rrc07 is running NO instances of bgpd (it's still running the "bgpd.test" version I built at the start of July which, of course, is considered to be a different program)!
