Hi Arife, Now that I finally learned how to make xrtt work for me, I had a quick look and immediately have a question: Would it be possible for the ticketing system to send a reply customized to RIS instead of a generic RIPE NCC reply? e.g. in NCC#2004070198, the reply is send by hm-ack and ends with these lines: For more information about the RIPE NCC (the Regional Internet Registry for Europe and Surrounding Areas), please refer to http://www.ripe.net/. I'd think a pointer to www.ripe.net/ris would be more appropriate when someone sends a message to rispeering (or in future ris@ripe.net) Cheers, -- Rene
