[ris-int] RRC00 down

Hello all, I just noticed that RRC00 is currently down, apparently since yesterday at around 08:00. The host is reachable but Quagga doesn't seem to respond. In the case that the downtime wasn't planned, BGPd probably needs to be restarted. Is there a procedure for this operation? Thanks, Vasco
