I think we had this discussion before re: rrc09, and then we came to a different conclusion. At least, we should be consequent in order to cause minimal confusion. What changed? Cheers, Matthew

Ok. We can do the ip config change from here (if we have the details now), or ISC can do it (we need to set the root password to something safe).
