Sure. Who should I send it out to? We had talked about the routing WG, and our peers should presumably be informed too. I don't know how to reach our peers though. I think the beacon announcement is going out on the exchange lists, but I'm not subscribed to those and I don't know how to get on to them. James, Arife? Also, I think it's probably fair to mention NCC support of / involvement in the activity, if you have no objections. What about "Beacon prefixes 84.205.73.0/24 and 84.205.89.0/24 will be used by researchers at the Computer Networks research group at Roma Tre University in collaboration with the RIPE NCC New Projects group to perform studies [...]" Henk, what do you think?
